Question: Where do I purchase validation stickers?
Answer: Validation stickers can be purchased from Sylvia in the parking booth located in the parking structure. Half hour, one hour and all day stickers may be purchased. Payment is made directly to Ampco System Parking.

Question: When does the building open/close without using an access card?
Answer: Building hours of operation are as follows: Monday - Friday, Open at 7:00 a.m. - Close at 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, Open at 8:00 a.m. - Close at 1:00 p.m.; Sunday - Closed ALL day (by access card only)

Question: What is the name of our Security Guard here at Dupont Centre?
Answer: Our security guard's name is Patrick Simpson and he can be reached at 949.289.2315.

Question: What is the security guard's schedule?
Answer: Our security guard Patrick Simpson is on the premises as follows: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.; Sunday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Question: If I loose my access card what do I need to do to get a replacement card?
Answer: If you loose your access card, you must fill out an access card form stating that you've lost your original access card and request a replacement card. Fax, email or deliver the form to the management office.

Question: Is there a pay phone at Dupont Centre?
Answer: Yes, we have one pay phone located on the first floor near the restrooms in the 2201 building.

Question: Is there a UPS drop box located at Dupont Centre?
Answer: Yes, the UPS drop box is located in the mailroom on the first floor of the 2301 building. There is also a Fed Ex drop box located on the first floor of the 2201 building in the mailroom and an Overnite Express drop box located underneath the stairwell closest to the entrance of the 2301 building.

Answer: Yes, the property manager Ann-Marie is a notary public.
