Dupont Centre

Dupont Centre, located at 2201 and 2301 Dupont Drive, Irvine, California, built in 1986, encompasses 248,674 square feet of Class A office space with a four story parking structure housing 1,024 stalls.

Dupont Centre is comprised of two red brick towers accented with solar bronze reflective glass, one five story and one eight story, that are separated by a large open courtyard at the front of the project. There is an open-air brick trellis system rising in stages at the entrance to each tower. Main lobbies are spacious and welcoming as you enter through two pair of brass trimmed herculite doors to a brick entrance with carpet insets, 12 foot ceilings, accented by light wood panels, brass and recessed lighting. The buildings are constructed with structural steel columns and fireproofed steel beams with 1/2 inch lightweight concrete over metal decking. The buildings offer versatile rectangular floors with a typical size of approximately 20,000 square feet.
