Trun right onto Dupont.
Follow Dupont around to just before Von Karman.
Dupont Centre is located on the left hand side at 2201/2301 Dupont Drive.

Upon leaving John Wayne Airport and exiting via Campus Drive, make a left onto Campus Drive.
Turn left onto MacAthur.
Turn right onto Michelson.
Turn right onto Dupont.
Follow Dupont around to just before Von Karman.

From LAX:
Take the 405 south to the MacArthur Blvd. exit and make a left.
